  • The first clean may be longer or shorter than the estimated time due to learning the home. Once the first clean is finished you will get a final estimate for future home cleans.

  • A full cleaning means the whole home is finished from top to bottom.

  • A time limited cleaning means not everything in the home will be cleaned or finished. You may choose your focus areas for this clean.

  • Professional cleaning rotations are designed to be efficient and effective, ensuring that all areas of a home receive the attention they need.

  • The frequency of cleaning may vary depending on the needs of the home and the preferences of the client.

  • In some cases, certain areas may require more frequent cleaning than others, such as restrooms or high-traffic areas.

  • Different types of flooring may take longer to clean, such as sealed concrete.

  • Dusting will take longer if you have many items on the surfaces.

  • Regularly changing out your air filters will help reduce the build up of dust in your home.

  • If you have a Shark vacuum or a Hoover vacuum I will use yours to do the floors.

  • Cash or Check must be present during the clean. You may not depart the home before settling the cost of the cleaning service. Not adhering to the guidelines may result in a discontinuation of service.

  • Venmo charges are to be due on same day of clean, and if paid more than 2 hours after the clean is completed a $40 late fee will be charged.
